The life of a paint job is decided by what's under the final coat. EMC Decor's standard process: surface analysis (old-coat adhesion, moisture, cracks), dust-free machine sanding, local filling plus full-surface priming, then two finish coats. Colours are decided by colour code — no "it looked different on screen" surprises, and the same code gives the same colour in touch-ups years later.
Our scope covers four lines: interior painting, Italian decorative paints, epoxy floor coatings, and exterior and industrial painting. In furnished homes our protocol is strict: furniture sheeted, floors boarded, and the space swept and handed back at the end of every working day.

How many days does painting an apartment take?
On average, painting an 80-100 m² apartment takes between 3 to 5 working days including prep and 2 finish coats.
Will my furniture get damaged in a furnished home?
No. All furniture is grouped in the center and sealed in heavy-duty plastic sheeting; floors are carded. Sanding uses vacuum extractors.
Are the paints washable if they get dirty?
Yes. We use Class 1 washable Jotun interior paints that can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth without losing color or sheen.
